Cait Minnick

Office Manager

Cait is the Office Manager at the Richmond headquarters for CMStep. She holds her CMStep Secondary Montessori Credential and was a high school Montessori Math and German teacher in Kentucky until she moved to Richmond, VA in 2015. She has 3 children, only 3 years apart who are all in different levels of their Montessori schooling. She also works and volunteers in development and program management for a few different non-profits. She is passionate about Montessori education and hopes that more public options will become available to make Montessori accessible to more students.
