Students will be traveling to Nucor Manufacturing to explore how homes are built and the skills required. Students will then travel to Habitat for Humanity ReStore to help organize and assist the volunteers. Students will return back to school using skills learned to have a day of service, build different habitats for animals, build sustainable planter boxes for the garden and end goal of building a modular home.
