Assistant Principal

Magnolia Montessori is seeking a dedicated and growth-oriented assistant principal (AP) to support the principal in leading all academic, operational, and community aspects of our Montessori charter school. This is a three-year developmental leadership role designed to prepare the AP to step confidently into a future Principal position.
The ideal candidate has Montessori experience, demonstrates professionalism, and is committed to serving children, families, and staff through authentic Montessori practice.

Responsibilities
● Support instructional quality and Montessori fidelity through coaching,
observation, and collaboration.
● Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
● Promote equity, inclusion, and a positive school culture.
● Assist with daily operations, school procedures, and state compliance.
● Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership training.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Education or Educational Leadership
preferred.
● Montessori certification.
● 6+ years of teaching or school leadership experience.
● Florida Teaching Certification (K–8 or PreK–3) preferred.
● Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
● Commitment to equity, teamwork, and continuous growth.
