Field Study revolving around Culinary and Bakery Careers. This Field Study spans 6 days with only 2 days out of the building. Busses are the only expense to the trip. Students use their 7 & 8th grade skills using fractions and integers to calculate recipes for different numbers of guest. WE tour Graeter’s Factory in Columbus, OH and Cincinnati State’s Culinary Program. Students bake their own deserts and sell them and the funds go to charity.
