Through history, science and literature, students will focus on investigating the social and physical forces that affect human activity and social interactions. While the majority of the material is related to the science unit on physics, both the Kick-off and Culminating Activities relate to the entire cycle of study. Also included is:
-a Seminar Introduction Lesson and reading of “Harrison Bergeron” by Kurt Vonnegut
-an introductory mindfulness lesson on The Adolescent Brain
-A Procedure lesson for leading a communal check-in meeting and the accompanying student checklist
