Students will research public transportation in major U.S. cities. Data is to be gather about the impact and usability of the transportation on that particular city.
Students will then look at their own city (in this case, Grand Rapids, MI) and study neighborhoods tracking how public transportation affects their neighborhood. Since GR does not have an underground/subway, we are looking at where we could propose to the city the usefulness and location of the underground metro.
