Instructor’s Name: Jenny Madden
We will take a tour of French art throughout the centuries, learning how to view a work of art and analyze it while appreciating each others’ opinions, creating works of art ourselves, imitating the styles of famous French artists. We will take a gallery walk here at school, learning the necessary etiquette for being in a gallery and how to think and talk about the art we view. Our culminating activity will be a tour at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
