This is a two-week high school intersession that covers the topic of baking. It considers baking from a scientific perspective and an emotional perspective. Students participate in a service activity making sandwiches for a local homeless service organization and by considering the song “Room at the Table”. Students also visit local bakeries to see baking on a large scale
