This week we will lay the structure to build a community and sense of leadership while studying the physical and spiritual environment of Mahoney State Park and participating in a wide range of activities. You will study the structure of a healthy daily diet and consider the effect your choices have on the world. All students will engage in an urban farming service learning project, a seminar discussion, bootcamp exercises, and journal writings to reflect on your experiences.
