Erika is the lead middle school math and science teacher at the Montessori School of Westfield in Indiana. She developed the middle school program there in 2012. Erika has taught adolescents since 2010, and before that, she spent 11 years teaching in a Montessori elementary classroom. She is an instructor and field consultant at CMStep, as well as Cohort 16 Director. She has Montessori elementary I-II and secondary I-II (AMS) credentials, and an MEd in Montessori Integrative Learning. When not in the classroom, Erika is usually to be found hiking some forest somewhere with her husband, daughters, and dog.
